Welcome to Trendy Toppers. By purchasing from or interacting with our shop, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully — they’re here to protect both you and our small creative business.


1. Product Information

  • All toppers, accessories, and related items are handmade or custom‑designed.

  • Colors, patterns, and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, screen differences, or material variations.

  • Product descriptions and photos are provided to the best of our ability.


2. Ordering & Processing

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Processing times are estimates and may vary during high‑volume periods.

  • Custom orders may require additional time and communication.


3. Shipping

  • Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Trendy Toppers is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, or other carrier issues.

  • Once an order is marked “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.


4. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because of the nature of our products:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details.

  • Cancellations may be requested within 1 hour of purchase; after that, we cannot guarantee cancellation.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.


6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, product names, photos, and branding are the exclusive property of Trendy Toppers.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs without written permission.

  • Creators using our products for content retain rights to their own content, but not to the topper designs themselves.


7. Creator Use & Customization

  • Creators may use Trendy Toppers products in photos, videos, and promotional content.

  • Trendy Toppers reserves the right to repost or share customer/creator content with credit unless you request otherwise.

  • Custom designs must not infringe on copyrighted or trademarked material unless you have permission.


8. Safety & Use

  • Toppers are decorative accessories and should be handled with care.

  • Trendy Toppers is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper application, or wear and tear.


9. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information.

  • Information is used only for order processing, communication, and shop improvements.


10. Changes to Terms

  • Trendy Toppers may update these Terms of Service at any time.

  • Continued use of the shop constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
